Q: How much will it cost to get a wildkard?
A: Wildkards are free of charge to consumers.
Q: What are wildkard alerts?
A: Wildkard alerts allows you to be made aware of what new campaigns are active at any given time or of any new or wildkard products that become available. Wildkard will email you when a new campaign or product is available.
Q: How long will it take my wildkards to turn up in my mailbox?
A: We make every endeavour for your wildkards to arrive within 21 days of them being ordered.
Q: How many orders can I make?
A: There is a limit of one set of 15 cards per person per campaign. This is to enable everyone to enjoy the advantages of their own personal card.
Q: What do I do if my wildkards have run out?
A: Register for other wildcard campaigns! The sponsor on the back of the card may change but it will still be a great brand.
Q: What happens to my personal details?
A: We hold these details on behalf of the sponsor or advertiser. We may, from time to time, with your permission, make you aware of future sponsor campaigns and offers.
Q: Can I choose any brand to be on the back of my wildkard?
A: Dependent on how many campaigns are active at any given time, you may be able to choose a preferred brand, however we cannot promise this. If there is a brand that you would like to include, please let us know and we will speak with that company. Send these comments to email: info@wildkard.com.au.
Q: What if I receive my cards and there is something wrong with them, what should I do?
A: Please send us an email at info@wildkard.com.au with the registration number so we can sort out the problem as quickly as possible.

A: Wildkards provide you with 15 per set for your personal use.
Q: How do I check my personal details?
A: Email info@wildkard.com.au with your registration number and email address and we will send through a secure link to review your details.
